Refund Policy

At Eltrix, we are committed to delivering high-quality automation systems, software solutions, and development services. Due to the nature of digital and custom development work, the following refund policy applies.

1. Project Deposits

Initial deposits or advance payments made to begin a project are generally non-refundable. These payments secure project scheduling and cover initial planning, research, and development work.

2. Custom Development Work

Services involving custom software, website development, application development, or automation systems require significant development time and resources.

Because of this, completed work and delivered milestones are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project:

  • Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed.
  • Any remaining unpaid balance for completed work must be settled.

4. Service Issues

If there are any issues with delivered work, clients are encouraged to contact Eltrix. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns, fix bugs, or improve deliverables within the project scope.

5. Digital Deliverables

Once digital deliverables, software systems, or source code have been delivered to the client, refunds cannot be issued.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on project stage and circumstances.
