  • Review and approve deliverables during project milestones.

Delays in response may affect project timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

Eltrix retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eltrix shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, software, or systems.

While we strive to build reliable systems, business outcomes may vary based on many external factors.

8. Third-Party Tools and Services

Projects may integrate third-party tools, platforms, or APIs. Eltrix is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or pricing changes made by those third-party services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement if the other party fails to meet the agreed terms.

In such cases, payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
